Our Clinic Pharmacist and Biologist created the best way to convert NAD. NAD must have the correct Amino acids and antioxidants mixed at the proper strength with B vitamins and electrolytes to convert correctly in cells. We follow protocols at Harvard Medical School; studies have shown that the coenzyme NAD slows the aging process, restores neurologic function, and improves mental clarity and the body’s overall health. NAD+ & muscle growth, therefore, plays a vital role in energy production and is significant in skeletal muscle development, regeneration, aging, and disease. It replenishes brain nutrients depleted by damaged cells.
Studies have shown that replenishing cellular levels of NAD+ via intravenous treatment helps to repair DNA, protect brain cells from damage, reduce inflammation, and turn on enzymes that help prevent aging. The coenzyme known as NAD slows the aging process restores neurologic function and improves mental clarity and the body’s overall health. NAD stands for "nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD)." This chemical occurs naturally in the body and contributes to the chemical process that generates energy." NAD+ IV therapy offers a variety of benefits. This coenzyme boosts neurologic function, restores mental clarity, and supports brain regeneration and repair. NAD+ treatment may also help improve symptoms of anxiety, fatigue, and depression.

NAD+ may also help improve muscle function and recovery as you age. One study found that depleted levels of NAD+ had a "dramatic" drop in muscle strength and endurance, implying that NAD+ is a critical component in muscle function and recovery [7].
Once NAD+ Infusion begins, precursors lead to enhanced DNA repair and the health of muscle tissue within the first week.
NAD+ is one of the most critical factors in the human body for energy, which helps our systems use food and exercise for strength and stamina
Neurological
The brain requires constant oxygen and glucose to generate energy for healthy function. Despite its small size, the brain consumes approximately 20% of the body’s oxygen supply. Given its energetic requirements, it should be no surprise that researchers are increasingly making connections between the brain and mitochondrial health (mitochondria are “power horse” organelles found in most cells and are responsible for cellular respiration and energy production).
There are many internal and external ways our DNA gets damaged. Some examples include spontaneous conversions, replication errors, exposure to free radicals, etc. This damage contributes to aging and puts us at a high risk of developing various cancers. DNA repair is the most critical factor for cell survival and cancer prevention. But unfortunately, as we age, our cells become less efficient at correcting DNA damage. Currently, scientists don’t understand why DNA repair declines with age.
NAD Defined:
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) is a coenzyme in all living cells. The compound is a dinucleotide with two nucleotides joined through their phosphate groups. One nucleotide contains an adenine base and the other nicotinamide. Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is an oxidized and reduced form abbreviated as NAD+ and NADH, respectively.
In metabolism, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is involved in redox reactions, carrying electrons from one response to another. The coenzyme is, therefore, found in two forms in cells: NAD+ is an oxidizing agent – it accepts electrons from other molecules and becomes reduced. This reaction forms NADH, which can be used as a reducing agent to donate electrons. These electron transfer reactions are the primary function of NAD. However, it is also used in other cellular processes, most notably as a substrate of enzymes that add or remove chemical groups from proteins in posttranslational modifications. Because of the importance of these functions, the enzymes involved in NAD metabolism are targets for drug discovery.
What does NAD do?
NAD is needed for metabolic functions in all the cells in your body, including your brain. Scientists have shown that NAD significantly decreases as we age, so it’s beneficial to replenish NAD levels so your body can function optimally. NAD is involved in these roles throughout the body:
1. Energy production (ATP): NAD helps cells convert food into energy by acting as an electron transporter during cell metabolism.
2. DNA repair: A constant supply of NAD is needed to activate PARPs, which detect and repair damaged DNA.
3. Gene expression: Your body has a class of proteins that help regulate specific metabolic pathways and genetic interpretations. Sirtuins are NAD-dependent; the more sirtuin activity, the better for health and longevity. Increased sirtuin activity can help boost metabolism, decrease inflammation, extend cell life, and prevent neurodegeneration.
4. Cell signaling: NAD is also released from the intercellular space to the extracellular space for communication. Research reveals that NAD and ATP may alert the immune response when the cell is under stress or inflammation.
5. NAD is released from smooth muscle, neurosecretory cells, and brain synaptosomes for cell-to-cell communication.
6. Enzyme activity: NAD is used in processes such as metabolizing alcohol and converting lactate to pyruvate in the body.
What is NAD Therapy?
NAD Therapy involves a high dose of intravenous infusion of NAD that goes straight into the bloodstream. IV therapy allows NAD to bypass the digestive system for better absorption. NAD works rapidly to repair cells throughout the body and neurons in the brain. When your NAD levels are increased, your cells produce more energy; your good genes are “turned on,” DNA is repaired, and many other functions are optimized. Since NAD is such an influential and prolific molecule in the body, high-dose IV therapy can be helpful for many different conditions, including:
